Referring Party Indemnification
Limited insurance coverage to real estate agents, real estate brokers, mortgage lenders, relocation companies, and other relevant third-party referral sources for claims arising from your inspection services. Sewer Pipe Inspection Coverage

Termite / Pest Inspection Coverage
Coverage for a visual examination for termites or other pests. Also applies to failure to discover or disclose the presence of termites or other pests.

Code Inspection Coverage
Coverage for visual code examinations. Also applies to failure to identify property elements that violate codes.

Mortgage Field Services Coverage
Coverage for the visual examination of readily accessible systems and components of property, described in your pre-inspection agreement, to verify the property’s condition and occupancy.

Septic Inspection Coverage
Coverage for the visual examination of waste disposal and water purification systems. Also applies to failure to inspect or identify defects in waste disposal and water purification systems.

Pool and Spa Inspection Coverage
Coverage for the examination of a pool, spa, or similar apparatus. Also applies to failure to inspect, discover, or disclose pool deficiencies.

Drone General Liability Coverage

Intrusive Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) Inspection Coverage
