New Jersey Home Inspector Insurance Requirements

The following are the New Jersey home inspector insurance requirements as established by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs Home Inspection Advisory Committee (see 13:40-15.6, a,6.)

Professional Liability / Errors and Omissions (E&O) Requirement

Limits of $500,000 / $500,000 or more.

General Liability / Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability

No requirement.
